Joyce has been in the business since 2003 and during that time, has gained an incredible amount of knowledge about the local real estate market and the communities she serves. Joyce is extremely customer service oriented and will work exceptionally hard to make sure your real estate experience goes smoothly.
Many of our clients come to Scottsdale from other parts of the country and abroad and may not know exactly where they want to live. Joyce believes that one of the most critical things is to help them find the perfect community for their needs and lifestyles upfront. Heather holds an MBA as well as a Master in International Management and has over fourteen years of corporate marketing experience. Since then, she has added another twenty years of real estate marketing experience. With her marketing background and corporate skills, she will effectively promote and market your home’s listing and find you a broad, yet strategically-targeted, audience.
Heather is the team’s dedicated marketing and analysis resource. Homeowners listing their homes will benefit from widespread exposure and engagement from proven targeted ads. Heather is also available to answer any questions you may have, search for homes, update home searches, complete property research, send updates and maintain continuous correspondence.
From a transaction management perspective, she and the team work together to liaison with clients, title officers, inspectors, mortgage brokers, appraisers and any other key players involved to work toward a successful, smooth closing for each property.

Tatum is a Scottsdale native and over the years she has enjoyed the people, communities and activities that make this area so special. Surrounded by home building, real estate and home staging within her circle of family and friends, Tatum found she had an interest in joining the business as well. Her roots in Scottsdale and its surrounding areas have allowed her to create strong community ties and build personal connections with a vast network of industry professionals.
Tatum graduated from the University of Arizona in 2018 and entered the world of finance. Whilst in finance, she became a licensed broker and an investment adviser. But after purchasing and remodeling her first home, she found her true passion lies with real estate.
Tatum is now a real estate professional and she is eager to educate her clients so that they can make confident decisions when they are selling their home or buying a new one.
