TROON GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB
Troon Country Club is one of the most prestigious private golf clubs in the area and is consistently ranked as one of the top 100 golf courses in the country by leading golf publications. It never fails to delight golfers from the beginner to the experienced.
Renowned golfer Tom Weiskopf and architect Jay Morrish designed the course to be enjoyed at all skill levels. Named a Certified Audubon Sanctuary, golfers drink in the majesty of the area while playing in the shadow of Pinnacle Peak. Applications for membership must be approved by the membership committee.
The Troon Village community’s epicenter is the 50,000 square foot clubhouse at Troon Country Club which opened in 1986, and underwent an almost $8 million renovation in December of 2017.
The clubhouse is the site of many holiday and family gatherings. Residents have several dining options ranging that could include anything from a quick meal after a round of golf to a formal dinner in a private dining area with friends. Social clubs also meet at the clubhouse. Troon Village is a sister club to the Royal Troon in Scotland so excursions to the sister club are planned annually.
While golf attracts homeowners to Troon Village, the clubhouse is host to other sporting activities including a fitness center, swimming pool, pickleball courts and a sport court perfect for a quick Saturday afternoon basketball game. Hiking trails abound in Troon Village for those who want to explore the desert beauty. Or, simply cap off the day with a massage at the spa.
Troon Country Club Golf Information – As of May 2022
– Memberships are at capacity and Troon Country Club is currently not accepting any new applications. You can add yourself to an interest list if you would like. All prices below will most likely increase when they potentially open up the application process again.
– Golf memberships are $85,000. Monthly golf membership dues are $1,452.
– The Signature membership is a sports/social membership. The fee to join is $20,000 and monthly dues are $575, which includes the capital contribution fee.
– You do not have to live in Troon Village to become a member of Troon Country Club. And, Troon Village homeowners are not required to join Troon Country Club.
