One of the Discovery Land Company’s shining successes is the Mirabel Club community. Mirabel is a 713-acre private community located in far North Scottsdale. Since it is located at 3,000 feet, the views from the community looking down to the valley are spectacular. Many homes and homesites have views of Pinnacle Peak and the city lights of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Mirabel’s higher altitude also translates into slightly cooler temperatures during the warmer months.
The private Mirabel Club features a Tom Fazio-designed course and a gorgeous Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired clubhouse. The clubhouse is outfitted with a fitness center, spa and large pool area built for laps or relaxing, whatever you choose. Top-of-the-line amenities are available to members in addition to a concierge service and a busy social calendar. The dining on site ranges from casual to more formal.
Although most of the homes in Mirabel are custom homes, there are thirty-five El Corazon homes that are conveniently located near the clubhouse.

The Mirabel Club is a private club with a clubhouse, 18-hole golf course, tennis garden, fitness center, spa and pool. Golf memberships are limited to 275 members and Social memberships are limited to 50. There are 339 homesites within this unique, gated community and they were platted to take advantage of the natural desert setting and provide the opportunity for unbelievable views. Homeowners have the choice of belonging to the golf club, or simply have a social membership so they can enjoy the ambiance of the 37,000 square foot clubhouse facilities housed in a building designed in the Frank Lloyd Wright style.
The clubhouse is quite beautiful and unique. It is called the Desert Lodge and provides a relaxed dining experience, as well as multiple outdoor areas for relaxing and meeting friends while enjoying the spectacular sunsets. There is a state-of-the-art workout facility adjacent to the locker rooms. A rectangular swimming pool provides the opportunity to relax and cool off, but is large enough for the more serious swimmer to swim laps. After a good workout on the golf course, practice range, fitness center, or in the pool, locker rooms are on hand to provide a spa-like setting with hot tubs and an aura of serenity. Or, simply book a service at the onsite spa.
The key to the success of a community designed by Discovery Land is the amenities they provide, as well as the highly-trained staff. Every employee is trained to greet you by name, whether you are a member or guest, and their goal is to ensure you enjoy your surroundings at all times.
The community is designed to embrace all lifestyles, including the family lifestyle. Throughout the year, events are scheduled for children and their families. As with most of the Scottsdale golfing communities, you will find junior golf and tennis programs, as well as recreation areas for the enjoyment of children of all ages.

Tom Fazio designed the 18-hole, 7,127 yard, par 71 rolling golf course which is nestled among magnificent private homes and takes you all over the rolling landscape of the Mirabel Club.
Mirabel Golf Information – As of March 2023
– Golf memberships are capped at 275 and Social memberships are capped at 50. Both are currently waitlisted.
– Golf Memberships are $130,000. Dues are $1,842 per month.
– Social Memberships are $25,000. Monthly dues are $616.
– Annual Food & Beverage Minimum – $1,500.
– You do not need to own property at Mirabel to become a member.
