It was developed by DMB and lots range in size from 1-35 acres and many of the lots feature wonderful views of the valley or the golf course. Silverleaf is nestled within the Mc Dowell Mountains adjacent to the vibrant community of DC Ranch. The community itself spreads over 2,000 acres and there are 736 homesites.

The Silverleaf Club and Spa is a private, luxurious club with a challenging 18-hole, 7,322 yard, 72 par course designed by Tom Weiskopf. The expansive clubhouse is 50,000 square feet and houses men’s and ladies’ locker rooms, a resort pool and lap pool, a luxurious spa as well as fine and casual dining options. Golf memberships are available as are social/clubhouse memberships.

Golf Membership – $400,000 initiation and monthly dues of $2,750.
Clubhouse membership – $100,000 initiation and monthly dues of $875.
Currently, there is a multi-year waitlist for Golf Memberships.
