THE ESTANCIA CLUB
The Estancia Club is one of the most exclusive in the United States with only 325 memberships available via invitation only. The 18-hole course was designed by Tom Fazio, a leading golf-course architect.
Golfers will be challenged by the sloped green of the 11th hole and be sad to end play on the 18th when the course is finished. Estancia was named Best New Private Course in 1996 by Golf Digest and has been listed among the Top 100 Best Golf Clubs. It consistently makes the ranks of top courses in Golf Digest’s America’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses.
Estancia Golf Membership Information – As of May 2024
Currently, Estancia is at its cap of 325 golf members with a significant waitlist, however, membership offerings do come onto the market and some memberships are sold with Estancia homes.
– Golf membership cost is $250,000.
– Annual golf dues are $28,540.
– No food and beverage minimum.
– You do not need to own real estate at Estancia to become a member. And, Estancia homeowners are not required to join the Estancia Club.
– Non-golfing Estancia residents have the opportunity to get a Residential Membership where there is access to tennis and pickleball, the fitness center and spa, swimming, plus dining and social events.
