Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – May 2026
In this report, we examined the luxury condo market in Scottsdale and Phoenix. To be included in this analysis, all of these units had to be listed for $1,000,000 or more.
May’s performance was pretty much on par with April in terms of sales activity and condo sales.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF MAY
The number of units on the market continues to decline, and we have finally fallen below the 100-unit threshold. At the end of May, there were 98 luxury condos for sale.
The most expensive condo on the market has occupied this spot for several months at this point. Located in the new community of Ascent at the Phoenician, it has three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 4,830 square feet. The asking price is $10,300,000.
The lowest-priced luxury condo for sale in Mau was a carryover from last month. It is located in the Portland Park community and has two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,592 square feet. It was on the market for $1,028,000.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
UCB contracts remained level with April, coming in again at seven. Two of them were located in Scottsdale and the remaining five were located in Phoenix.

- ICON at Silverleaf – Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 2,731 square feet. Asking price was $2,450,000.

- Toscana at Desert Ridge
- Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 1,780 square feet. Asking price was $1,275,000.

PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
There were 35 units pending at the end of May. This is quite a difference from several months ago, when we were in the 120s range as we were waiting for new communities to complete their units. The communities that are waiting to deliver new construction units include Atavia, Ascent at the Phoenician, ICON at Silverleaf, and Toscana at Desert Ridge.

Sales in May were level with April, coming in with a total of thriteen. Nine of the sales were located in Scottsdale, and the balance were in Phoenix.
