Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – June 2026
In this report, we explore the luxury condo market in Scottsdale and Phoenix.To be included, all of these units had to have had an asking price of $1 million or more.
This is the month where we actually saw a lot of the sales activity slow. Part of this is due to seasonality, and also a lot of the developments that have been under construction have been delivered many of the backlogged units.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF JULY
Inventory fell again in July. Where several months ago we were seeing 100+ units on the market, July closed out with 62 units for sale.
The most expensive condo on the market has held his spot for over a thousand days. It is located in the Ascent at the Phoenician community. It has three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 4,830 square feet. The asking price is $10,300,000.
The least expensive condo on the market is found in Portland on the Park. It is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with 1,592 square feet and it was listed for $1,028,000.
June’s lowest-priced luxury condo for sale has also held this spot for a few months. It is located in the Portland Park community and has two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,592 square feet. It was on the market for $1,028,000.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
UCB contracts were up slightly again in July. At the end of the month, there were nine condos in UCB status. Five of them were located in Scottsdale, and the remaining four were in Phoenix.

- One bedroom, two bathrooms, 1,803 square feet. Asking price was $1,399,000.
- Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, 2,227 square feet. Asking price was $2,495,000.
- Optima Kierland – Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,718 square feet. Asking price was $1,299,000.
- ICON at Silverleaf – Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, 2731 square feet. Asking price was $2,450,000.
- Enclave at the Borgata – Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, 1,867 square feet. Asking price was $1,399,999.
UCB Condos in Phoenix
- Toscana at Desert Ridge
- Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,839 square feet.Asking price was $1,236,000.
- Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 1,780 square feet. Asking price was $1,275,000.

PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
At the end of July, there were 29 units in pending status. This is quite a difference from several months ago, when we were in the 120s range as we were waiting for new communities to deliver their units. Atavia, Ascent at the Phoenician, ICON at Silverleaf, and Toscana at Desert Ridge all have under-construction condos in the pipeline.

- Optima Camelview – Two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,777 square feet. Asking price was $1,350,000.
- Optima McDowell – Two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,520 square feet. Asking price was $1,694,000.
- Atavia – This is a new community in North Scottsdale.
- Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, 2,247 square feet. Asking price was $1,347,000.

LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Sales activity fell quite a bit in July. Seven units sold compared to the fifteen that sold in June. The bulk of the sales were in Scottsdale.

- ICON at Silverleaf – Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, 3,157 square feet. Asking price was $3,200,000 and it closed for list price.
- Ascent at the Phoenician – One bedroom, two bathrooms, 1,519 square feet. Asking price was $1,895,000 and it closed for 1,875,000.
- Portico Condominiums – 3Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 2,396 square feet. Asking price was $1,795,000 and it sold for $1,700,000.
Phoenix Luxury Condo Sales
- Fairway Lodge at the Biltmore – Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 2,376 square feet. Asking price was $1,400,000 and it sold for $1,420,000.
- Two Biltmore Estates – three bedrooms, four bathrooms, 3,931 square feet. Asking price was $4,690,000, and it sold for $4,500,000.
