Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – March 2026
March was another strong month for sales and sales activity within the luxury condo markets in Scottsdale and Phoenix. This report includes condos with list prices of $1,000,000 or above.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF MARCH
The number of active units for sale continues to drop slowly. At the end of March, there were 125 units on the market.
The most expensive condo on the market has held this spot for a very long time. It is located in the new community of Ascent at the Phoenician and has three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 4,830 square feet. The asking price is $10,300,000.
The least expensive unit on the market is located in the Optima Biltmore community in Phoenix. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, 2338 square feet and is listed for $1,000,000.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
UCB activity, i.e., newer contracts, remained strong. At the end of the month, there were nine condos in UCB status, down slightly from the end of February.

- Orterra – Two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,999 square feet. Asking price was $1,050,000.
- Portico Condominiums – Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 2,090 square feet. Asking price was $1,189,000.
- Optima Camelview
- Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, 1,955 square feet. Asking price was $1,275,000.
- Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2,089 square feet. Asking price was 1,550,000.
- Scottsdale Waterfront Residences – One bedroom, two bathrooms, 1,667 square feet. Asking price was $1,435,000.
- Optima Kierland – Two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,686 square feet. Asking price was $1,700,000.
- ICON at Silverleaf – Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 2,731 square feet. Asking price was $2,450,000.
UCB Condos in Phoenix
- Toscana at Desert Ridge – Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 2,175 square feet. Asking price was $1,425,000.
- Crystal Point Condominiums – Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 3,483 square feet. Asking price was $2,000,000.
PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Pendings in March were down slightly. A significant number of units under construction have been in pending status for many months.

Sales were up in March over February. During the month of March, 22 luxury condos sold. The sales were a mix of established communities, as well as some of the newer communities.

- Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, 1,838 square feet. Asking price was $1,599,000 and it sold for $1,559,000.

- Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1,755 square feet. Asking price was $1,397,000 and it sold for $1,224,000.
