Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – January 2026
The Scottsdale and Phoenix luxury condo market continued to perform well in January. Several long-anticipated condos that had been under construction for years finally reached the finish line, pushing closing activity higher. Below, we break down condo sales for properties listed at $1M and above in Scottsdale and Phoenix.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF JANUARY
As expected, we saw the number of listings increase in January, as buyers came back to the market and sellers put their homes on. At the end of December, there were 105 units on the market, and at the end of January, there were 134.
The most expensive condo on the market is the same one that has held the spot for the past several months. It is located in the under-development community of Ascent at the Phoenician. It has three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 4,830 square feet and has an asking price of $10,300,000.
The least expensive unit on the market was found in the Landmark Condominiums community in Scottsdale. It has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2,055 square feet. Asking price is $1,000,000.

PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Pending sales continue to fall, and by the end of January, we were down to forty-nine. This large drop can be attributed to several properties that were under construction and have now closed. However, there are still quite a few outstanding pending sales in these communities that are being finished up and I look forward to the backlog moving into the sold category.
