GRAYHAWK OF SCOTTSDALE
Grayhawk is a charming community located in North Scottsdale. It is divided into two distinct neighborhoods – The Park and the Retreat. Within each of these neighborhoods are smaller sub-neighborhoods, each with their own charm and choice of housing options.
The homes in the Retreat section are built around Grayhawk’s two famous courses, Talon and Raptor. The Retreat is guard-gated and custom homes abound.
To the west is The Park. Here, you can find a large number of single-family homes. Open green spaces abound and are used for playing, socializing with neighbors or exercising.
Grayhawk also offers a large number of condo and townhome options which are great for seasonal visitors or folks who simply want a smaller home and less maintenance.

Golf at Grayhawk
GRAYHAWK GOLF CLUB
The Grayhawk Golf Club is open to the public and is home to two award-winning courses- Talon and Raptor. The Talon Course was designed by Tom Fazio and the Raptor Course was designed by David Graham and Gary Panks.
Grayhawk has been the host of many high-profile golf events, most notably the Fry’s Electronics Open.
There are no memberships to Grayhawk, but be sure to check their website or give them a call about current specials.
It has a lovely clubhouse with a great patio at the Quill Creek Cafe for dining and golf watching. Phil’s Grill is a great place to grab a snack and a drink and the Morning Joint is a great little coffee place. Across the street is Isabella’s Kitchen.
