Dove Valley Ranch is an 850 acre community located in Cave Creek, Arizona, just north of Phoenix and west of Scottsdale. Dove Valley Ranch is a well-designed planned community where residents can choose from many of the subdivisions, some that overlook the golf course. It is in close proximity to plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment, but you still get to enjoy the beautiful desert and mountain views.Below are some charts showing 2012 home sales activity in Dove Valley Ranch and at the end of this post, there is some additional information on the Dove Valley Ranch community and golf club.
This first chart looks at the homes currently for sale in Dove Valley Ranch as well as pending sales. At this time, there are only three homes for sale. That is the lowest I have ever seen it. Conversely, pending sales are very strong at 18.
2012 Dove Valley Ranch Home Sales through June 28th
This second chart looks at home sales activity in Dove Valley Ranch year-to-date. Home sales have been strong and the second quarter of 2012 has had more sales already than in Q1. Additionally, you can see that the average cost per square foot has moved up a little and average days on market have decreased.

The Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club is the centerpiece of the community. It is a beautiful public course that people love to play. If you plan to play it a lot, there are several levels of memberships you can buy into.
Dove Valley Ranch is a couple of minutes away from the center of Cave Creek. Visiting downtown Cave Creek is a lot of fun and you can spend a day shopping in one of the many unique boutiques and galleries, having a casual or upscale meal or even just channeling your “inner cowboy”.
