Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – April 2026
April was another decent month in the Scottsdale and Phoenix luxury condo market, although we are seeing some of the activity slow as the high season wraps up. To be included in this analysis, all of these homes had to have had an asking price of $1,000,000 or more.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF APRIL
We have been seeing inventory drop for the past several months, but we still remain above 100 listings.
The most expensive condo on the market has held this spot for a very long time. It is located in the new community of Ascent at the Phoenician. It has three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 4,830 square feet. The asking price is $10,300,000.
The lowest-priced luxury condo this month was located in the Portland Park community. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,592 square feet and it was listed for $1,028,000.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
UCB contracts fell slightly in April to seven. Three of them were located in Scottsdale and the rest were located in Phoenix.
UCB Condos in Scottsdale
- Orterra – Two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,999 square feet. Asking price was $1,050,000.
- Optima Camelview – Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, 2,731 square feet. Asking price was $1,175,000.
- ICON at Silverleaf – Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 2,731 square feet. Asking price was $2,450,000.
UCB Condos in Phoenix
- Toscana at Desert Ridge
- Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 2,175 square feet. Asking price was $1,425,000.
- Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, 2,026 square feet. Asking price was $1,454,000.
- Crystal Point Condominiums – Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 3,483 square feet. Asking price was $2,000,000.
- Arizona Biltmore Hotel Villas – Two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,628 square feet. Asking price was $1,395,000.
PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
There is still solid pending contract activity. However, the bulk of these contracts are in communities that are under development. Some established communities also saw pending contract activity in April.

LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
After a very strong March, sales were closed out for the month at thirteen, which is still a decent showing. Also, unlike previous months, when some of the units that were under development closed, resulting in high sales figures, most of April’s sales came from established communities.

- Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, 2,503 square feet. Asking price was $1,995,000 and it sold for $1,900,000.
- One bedroom, two bathrooms, 1,667 square feet. Asking price was $1,435,000 and it sold for list price.
- Optima Kierland
- Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, 1,579 square feet. Asking price was $1,650,000 and it sold for $1,575,000.
- Two bedroom and bathrooms, 1,686 square feet. Asking price was $1,700,000 and it sold for list price.
- ICON at Silverleaf
- Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, 3,157 square feet. Asking price was $2,750,000 and it sold for list price. –
- Five bedrooms, five and one-half bathrooms, 5,534 square feet. Asking price was $5,985,000 and it sold for $5,750,000.
- Ascent at the Phoenician – Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, 3,985 square feet. Asking price was $6,150,000 and it sold for $5,950,000.

Phoenix Luxury Condo Sales

- Esplanade Place – Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 3,350 square feet. Asking price was $3,125,000 and it sold for $2,800,000.

- Three bedrooms and four bathrooms, 3,008 square feet. Asking price was $3,395,000 and it sold for $3,300,000.
