Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – June 2025
Luxury condo sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix in June turned in a solid performance, although many of these homes that closed were located in developments that are being built out. New contact activity was down, which is usually what we see in the summer months.
This report covers the Scottsdale and Phoenix luxury condo market. All of these homes were listed for $1 million or higher.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF JUNE
The number of homes for sale continues to drop. At the end of April, we were at 122. At the end of June, there were 102 homes for sale. Scottsdale had 84 listings and Phoenix had 18.
The most expensive condo on the market is the most expensive condo ever offered for sale in Scottsdale. This penthouse at ICON at Silverleaf has four bedrooms, four and one-half bathrooms and covers 6,288 square feet. The asking price is $12,900,000.
The lowest-priced luxury condo for sale was in the Scottsdale Waterfront Residences community. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms and 1,381 square feet. It was listed for $1,029,000.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
UCBs fell by one to close out June with four in the pipeline. They were evenly divided between Scottsdale and Phoenix.

PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
June closed out with 91 pending sales, with the majority of them in complexes under construction. All of the condos were located in Scottsdale.

A healthy sixteen luxury condos sold in June. Twelve of them were located in Scottsdale, and the other four were in Phoenix. A significant number of them were units that had finally been completed.
If you are seeing condos closing over asking price, this is most likely due to upgrades purchased during the building process.
