Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – September 2024
The September numbers are in for the luxury condo market in Scottsdale and Phoenix.
Sales activity remains solid for this slower time of year.
To be included in this analysis, all of the units had to be on the market with a list price of $1 million or more.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER
We saw a big jump in inventory during the month of September. At the end of August, there were 68 active listings. At the end of September, there were 82 luxury condos for sale. Both Scottsdale and Phoenix saw increases, although the bulk of these units were in Scottsdale.
As it has been for several months, the highest-priced expensive condo for sale is located in ICON at Silverleaf. It is also the highest-priced condo in Scottsdale’s history. This final penthouse unit is listed for $12,900,000. It has four bedrooms, four and one-half bathrooms and covers 6,288 square feet.
There were two lowest-priced luxury condos at the end of the month. Both were listed for $1 million. The first it in Toscana at Desert Ridge. It has two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 1,781 square feet. The second is in Optima Camelview. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms and is 1,448 square feet.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
The number of UCB contracts increased by one by the end of September. The month closed out with six UCBs, four in Phoenix and two in Scottsdale.

- Fairway Lodge at the Biltmore – Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 2,376 square feet. Asking price was $1,575,000.
PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Pending contracts dropped by one to end the month at 122. All of the pending contracts were located in Scottsdale and the vast majority were located in communities currently under development.

We saw another drop in closed transactions in September. There was a total of five sales.
Scottsdale Luxury Condo Sales
