Rancho Manaña is a charming, intimate and sought-after community nestled into the foothills of Cave Creek, Arizona. The community was developed around the Rancho Mañana Golf Club and many homes enjoy golf course and mountain views. The rolling desert terrain is quite beautiful and makes you feel like you are “away from it all” when, in fact, many amenities are a few minutes away.

This next chart looks at 2012 home sales activity in Rancho Mañana through June 29th. A couple of homes are selling per month although that is most likely artificially constrained by limited inventory. Average home sales prices are falling in the $500K range.
